Printing to Network Printers

When I try to print to any of the network printers in our office, Windows XP states that there isn't a suitable print driver to be found. I've tried mapping to different model printers on different print servers with same result. I've also tried mapping the printers under multiple login profiles with no luck. I am the only user whi is experiencing this issue and it seems to be a problem with myb system only.
 
Try installing the printer locally and then change the
port from lpt1 to a TCP/IP port.
