One computer uses XP and two use Me on the network. The XP
computer requires that a report be reformatted to print on
the network printer. After this is done the Me computers
give the same message requiring that the report be
reformatted. I can either print from the Me computers or
the XP computer but not both. Any suggestions?

You didn't describe which version of Access, ... or whether the database is
split (front-end/back-end), ... or whether the users are all using a single
copy of the front-end, or each have their own copies on their own PCs, or
....

More info, please...

I am using Access 97. The database is not split, the file
resides on one of the Me computers with shortcuts to it on
the other Me computer and the XP computer. This
arrangement worked fine until we replaced a Windows 98
computer with a new XP computer.

Before you proceed any further, split your database and put a copy of the
front-end on each PC. If you will NEVER have the situation when more than
one user could be attempting to use the database simultaneously, then don't
bother splitting it.

When you have more than one user running the same copy of an Access database
simultaneously, it isn't a question of "if", but a question of "when" you
will end up with a corrupted database.

Good luck
