Our company is based out of Michigan. Our employees can connect
remotely to our email and file storage through Remote Desktop Web
Connection (RDWC) on our Windows 2000 servers. We have had no
problems with users connecting remotely, and no problems with users
printing unless through a USB printer which is a known issue.

Recently, our company opened a new location in Arizona. The folks in
Arizona also connect to our email and file storage through the same
RDWC on the same Windows 2000 servers. It should be noted that all
clients are running Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4.

The clients in Arizona have a Ricoh Aficio CL7000 printer on a
network. The printer is just shared over a basic LAN. There is no
direct connection to any machine, and no print server at this
location. The drivers for the Ricoh Aficio CL7000 are installed on
the host machine for RDWC.

The clients in Arizona are unable to print to their Ricoh Aficio
CL7000 via the RDWC. The printer is simply not shown as available to
them through RDWC.

Could someone offer advice on how to rectify this problem? Thank you
very much in advance for your time.

Please see these, and it makes no difference what OS the client computers are using

Thank you very much for the information. It seems a 3rd Party App
will be the way to go.

Thanks again!
