I have the following setup that I need to figure out how to change:

Laptop1 (WinXP) with an HP OfficeJet 5610 connected via USB
Laptop2 (WinXP) - wants to print to the HP OfficeJet

Laptop2 is connected to a local workgroup called NB.
Laptop1 is piggybacking on that workgroup connection, but is logged into the
default domain (QS) (not actually establishing that connection, but not
logging into the NB workgroup - qs\user1 is the login)

I can print obviously to the USB Printer from Laptop1. I shared out the
printer as "HPOJ", but I cannot see the printer (or Laptop1 for that matter).

Any suggestions?
Cheers,

Can you not install the driver on laptop 2 pointing it to the printer during
install. Does laptop 2 actually see laptop 1? Can laptop 2 browse the shared
folders on laptop 1? If laptop 2 cannot see laptop 1 then you will never get
the printer working. I only have experience with workgroups not domains. You
might be better off posting this in the
microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web group. Does the laptop have to be
connected to the domain? Either way you need to get the laptops seeing each
other before getting it to see the printer.
