Printing title bar Help!??

I have an annual report with fields sorted by month and
have a summary for each month in the report.
For each record printed I have a title bar to denote those
items but I have got a dilema. If I put the title bar
controls in the month field, only the first page of each
monthly record get the title but not for the pages after
and it will only have the title bar for the 12 first page
of months. But if I put the title bar controls in the page
header, those summary page will also contain the title bar
that I don't want. So, what can I do so that only those
pages with records will contain the title bar but not for
the summary page for each month ???

But how about if I don't want only the last page of the
section to have the title bar, am I able to do it ???
