According to Microsoft "There is currently no direct way to print the names
of the people who have been invited to a meeting. However, you can still
access and print the names by using a few commands..." These commands
require you to open Word and paste the information into Word. Then format
the information to make it readable and then print. It should not be this
difficult to print a list of those people who have accepted an invitation to
a meeting. If you select print while viewing the list, it does not print the
actual list but instead prints the meeting request that is displayed on the
calendar pages. I do not think that you should have to open a whole new
application to print off this list of names.
