Does anybody know how to make the lines show up on a table when you print out
the document?

Thank you!

You have to turn on the borders of the table (or selected cells). See

Hi.
Sorry to drag up this old thread but I am running out of options here. I have the inverse problem, with a twist. When I print to my color laserjet 4600, I get no lines printed on the tables I have on the word doc. This is perfect behavior. But if I send the exact same file to a mono 4200 laserjet, I see the table lines. Strange thing is it only happens with this one document. Even stranger, the first table is in the header of the doc and repeats throughout the doc. But the table is only visible in the first page printout. On all subsequent pages, the header no longer displays the lines. But all remaining tables in the doc, do show, regardless of page number.

I need to distribute this doc and it'll mostly be printed out on 4200.

Any help greatly appreciated. This doc took forever to get done. Would hate to have to redo because of something like this.
