Hi everybody,

I have a few users with big agendas, and they are using
the calendar in TaskPad view. Is it a way to print this
without having completed tasks printed? Because now, if
they print that, they would have a huge list of tasks,
including completed tasks. I wasn't able to find any
check mark or so for that. If you go on Tasks folder and
you try to print there, you have an option to print only
the selected rows, but still it is not to handy.

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Your problem is in the settings. In calendar view with TaskPad, righ
click on the word TaskPad. Select 'Customize Current View', the
'Filter', then 'A
dvanced'. Once there, set some TaskPad filtering conditions tha
describe what you want. I have:
Status-->not equal to-->completed
Start Date-->on or before-->today
Start Date-->does not exist
Then select OK or whatever to save everything, and you're back i
calendar view. This may have changed your TaskPad view to displa
real-world stuff. I suggest exiting Outlook and then re-starting it. N
need to re-boot. Try to
print and see what happens. This has worked for us.
