We would like to be able to print a select four weeks of a public calendar
with all appointments visible. Currently, Outlook prints five weeks even
though we give the dates of a four-week period and if there are more
notations than there is room, the extras are not visible. Any suggestions?
There are only eight users.

Thanks,
Cathy

Try "My Outlook Calendar". (Free) Sue Mosher's
Slipstick site. Copies your outlook calendar into a
Word document that you can edit and mail...Very
cool!

Thanks. I'll try it. It would be better if I could select a time period
rather than a month, though. Any other thoughts?

I definitely have to run the template twice for two different months and cut
and paste the weeks to a new calendar to get the view I want. Still looking
for a solution that would allow us to select a specific time period. Thanks.
