When I go to print out my bosses calendar, the option to include tasks is grayed out. I have full permission on his calendar and tasks. I was able to print these just fine when I was on Outlook 2003, but since upgrading to Outlook 2007 that option is not available. When I print my own calendar, my tasks print just fine.

I'm able to print the tasks when using the Calendar Printing Assistant, but the problem with that program is that he has some recurring private appointments that aren't included on the calendar (they end up being listed as tasks).

Question for you,

Do you have an Exchange 2007 server set up with public folders?

Exchange 2003 uses Public folders for free/busy information, but
Exchange 2007 uses a web server for that. If you do not have an
Exchange 2007 server with a mounted public folder storage group, that
could cause some problems with calendars between your outlook calendar
options and your boss's outlook calendar.
