Printing subset of Contacts belonging to multiple categories

I have created a shared Contacts folder for our users to add contact details for people we invite to events/functions, who are suppliers, etc, etc. As such one entry could belong to different categories. Trying to do a printout of a subset of contacts I get the entry PLUS all the other categories they belong to printed out - how can I get Outlook to only print out a specific category and not the others??

Also is it possible to see how many entries have been printed out? Something like a line count?

One way is to filter the folder to show only one category.
