Printing Style Questions in Outlook Calendar

Using Outlook 2003.

1.

Can I print the details of appoitments Monthly style
My users do not like the "calender details style" and would perfer the 31
day view with their details.

2.

If I do use the calender details style I want all days including the days
that have nothing entered. - It prints the details but skips days with
nothing entered. Any way around this?

1) Not with Outlook alone, but you can with a VBA macro. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print for examples that you
might be able to build on

2) You'd have to enter something for the blank days.
