Hi. I hope I can 'slain what I want to do ...

I have Windows XP with MS Works 6.0. I want to print out a document that I
made using Spreadsheet.
1)How do I get it to pring using letter size paper?
2)How do I remove the unused colums? I have tried deleting them, but the
show back up the next time I open MS Works. And they print also. If I
could get it to not print those empty spaces, maybe it would work out on
letter sized paper...
Thanks to anyone who can help.

2) Set the print area
Select the portion of the spreadsheet you want to print.
On the Format menu, click Set Print Area.
In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.

[A print area is a cell or group of cells that you select for printing.
Setting print areas is particular useful if you have a large spreadsheet
and you want to print only part of it.]

Hope this helps. Let us know.
