Printing Slides

When I print a slide in black and white there comes up in the bottom corner
of the slide "Refer to page no. 201. When I print this in colour it does not
print "Refer to page no. 201. I have looked into the footer (there is
nothing on the slide) at all. Out 100 slides this is the only one that is
doing this. I did not add this text at any time. Is this generated from
somewhere else, when I can't see it in a footer? Thanks for your help.
 
Duh, I figured it out. I did a Find and found the specific text, tucked away
in a text box at the bottom of the page.
