I am working in PowerPoint XP. I would like to print out
a presentation with the animations (builds). This was a
feature available in previous versions of PowerPoint but
I can't find it in XP. Does it still exist?

Thanks,

Amy

Unfortunately, this feature no longer exists. Shyam Pillai has a Capture
Show addin that may help you, though. http://www.mvps.org/skp

[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]

Hello Amy,

PowerPoint 2002 and PowerPoint 2003 do not have the capability to print
with animations.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) feel strongly that some kind
feature for printing slides/handouts/notes other than how they appear in
normal/slide view, don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS,
please) to Microsoft at:

http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible. Each submission should be
a single suggestion (not a list of suggestions).
