Okay I have a few questsion. I'm planing on removing some of my older print servers. And Installing a windows 2003 server instead. All my Desktop OS's are windows 2000 or XP so I don't have to worrie about having many versions. Most of my users have problems adding new printers to their computers. So I was wondering if any of you knew a away I could remove the printers out of the users Local profile and install the new printers instead? Because the only way I know how to do it right now. is to Delete Each users Local profile and remove all the printers and drivers. then install the new printers and copy that to default user. the major problem with this is the users loose all there settings. like there outlook and any internet favorites and ect... so any Ideas?

No they don't go away. thats the problem. Because all the users have local profiles on the computer. And the local profile keeps thats information. So what it si I'm trying to move away from using Version2 drivers and use version 3 only and I can't do that if my users log back in with old printer mapings because it will just reinstall the driver when they choose to print to the old printer. I just find it odd MS didn't supply a tool or somthing that will help me. Oh well looks like hours of support for me because I'll have to remove the old profiles and make new ones with just the new print server.
