Printing Screenshots for manual

I'm creating an informal training manual for my office on
how to run some queries I designed.

Is there a way to print screen shots (mainly of the
associations) in the query design view?

How about tables?

Screen shots can be done by Alt-PrintScrn and then pasting the copied image
into PhotoEditor or Word or othe software.
