How do I print a screen on windows XP? I am trying to
print the window that shows all of the folders and
subfolders from the "Start Menu."

Also is there a way to print a document (for example...a
word document) with its folder name and doc. name
included?

1) The PrnScn key sends a copy of the screen to the clipboard. You must
then open a graphics program, paste in the image and print the image.

2) That would be a feature of the word processor or other application.. you
can create a header or footer with the required information in it.

Matt,

If you're trying to print the directory structure of the Start menu,
you can do a dir command on the user's "Start Menu" directory and
redirect the output to a text file that you can then print from
Notepad.

Alternatively, you can do the same things a little easier using a 3'rd
party utility such as ExpPrint (http://www.jddesign.co.uk/) - which
provides you with a "Print Directory Listing" context menu directly.
