Printing rights

I have installed a canon buble jet BCJ2100 in a computer, it has
administrator user and limited user, in the second one I can not eliminate
printings just in the administartor, how can I give the rights to make it to
the limited user?

In XP pro you can assign different USER GROUPS different printer rights.

BUT in XP home your printer rights/priveldges are assigned by the type of
account that you set them to
(/administrator/debugger/guest/helpservices/user) (USER being the "limited
group")

I don't think there is a way of changing this priveldge without making the
account administrative.
