Printing resilience

Is there anyway to configure two windows 2000 print
servers to contain the same list of printers and each
printer is then configured to have a primary print server
and a secondary print server. By doing this if one print
server fails all users can still print to all printers.
 
I would consider setting up an Active/Passive print server
cluster with either Windows 2000 Adv. Server or 2K3.
