Printing reports

I am attempting to print a report. The information that is on that report
comes from a from. Unless I go to the next record before I print the report
the report will not reflect the information I entered on the form. I have
tried to save the record before I print it but it will still not reflect he
new information I have entered. In other words unless I toggle between
records the report will not reflect the information I have entered. Is there
a way to run a macro and an event on the same button click. I can create a
macro that will toggle between records and then use the event to print the
report but I don’t know how to run an event and macro on the same button

"Tried to save the record" ... How?

Code the command button's Click event:

DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdSaveRecord
DoCmd.OpenReport "ReportName" etc.
