When i originally designed my report, it was 4 pages. Now I have modified all
the info to fit onto two pages, but it won't let me get rid of the two that
used to contain information and are now blank! It just prints blank pages!
Help!

You probably have some controls extending past the right margin
(perhaps blank space) and giving you an extra page, as well as
possibly having the length of the report greater than the paper size
giving you an extra page as well.
Make sure the width of the report plus the width of the left and right
margins is less than the width of the paper. Then make sure the length
of the report plus the height of the top and bottom margins is less
than the length of the paper.
Also, check to see if you have forgotten to remove any un-needed page
breaks from the report.

Hi Isime.
I suspect that you did not reduce the field width in the report.
Opne the report in design view and drag the right margin to the left, it
will stop allowing all textboxes and labels to be printed. You may need to
reduce the vertical size of the report bands also and possibly set the can
shrink property to yes.
Hope this helps.
