I have a report that is base on a query. I have about twenty primary ID'S
with info.
How can I print all my reports with one command button? I only want to print
the first page for each. Do I have to put in each ID to print my report?

Thanks Floyd

I don't think I quite understand what you mean, do mean 20 records?
Create a report, with whatever info you want to show, then set your
pagebreak after that.

Been printing a lot lately? :-)

Reports cannot have active command buttons on them (as far
as I am aware). If you add one to your report, you cannot
add code to it to make the report do something (like
printing as you can do with forms).

In your report design, put the ID in the details section,
followed by the Page Break (a little wee thing that
appears on the left of the window).

Use the Menu's Print or Ctrl + P and select pages required.

Given the limited information provided, this will give you
one page for each ID.

Honk Honk!
