Changed from Win2000 to and WinXP and Office XP to Office 2003.

Now, my Access reports are printed with BORDERS all scrunched up small.

Converted database to 2003 format... no good.

Tried modifying report in A2003... no good.

Hi Scott. This sounds like a problem with the printer driver. To test that
idea, install a completely different printer as your default, and then
preview the report. If this one prints correctly, you need to get an updated
printer driver.

Access uses the metrics of the printer driver to lay out the report. If the
metrics are faulty, you can end up with a report that is "all scrunched up
small".

Thank you Allen...

I solved the problem through trial and error...

As you suggest, it was a printer problem... but not the driver.

Turns out, when the driver was installed on the new OS it defaulted to a
graphics printing mode other than 'raster'... which was causing the problem.

It only took me all morning to finally stumble upon the answer... but... I'm
back in business so life is good.

I appreciate your response,
Scott
