Dear All,
I have a table with more than 1000 records. When I try to
print the report for records 1000 and higher, the Windows
box doesn't allow me the space to specify reports 1000 to
10001 (for example). I can select reports 998 to 999 but
the input box where "998" is written doesn't allow
numbers with more than 3 digits.
Is there a way around this without splitting my database
in two?

Many thanks,
Stephanie

Dennis we have had this issue pop up before. The posted solution
involves changing back to an older version of a font used in the Print
Dialog. Here is an older post on this issue. Is it the same issue you
refer to in the KB?

In Access 97, SR2, when opening a report on an entire table
with more than 1000 records, Access doesn't allow me to print
individual pages beyond page 999. Only solution found is to
do a query to reduce the number of records first. Is there
anyway to get Access 97 to allow the printing of single pages
beyond 999?

If you're running on WinNt:

Check the size of the Tahoma and Tahoma Bold files in your Fonts
folder. If they are up around 200K each, try replacing them with the
original Tahoma files (in the OS\Fonts file on the CD, about 100k each).
Sounds crazy, but it worked for me.
