If anyone could help me with any of the the questions that I have, I would
appreciate it:
I would like to know if/how I can make a user, or certain users, not be
allowed to print. Eg. can't send stuff to the printer. (Without having to
keep the printer paused and delete the files from the printer list).
I would also like to know if there is a way that I can have different
defaults for the printer, for each user. Eg. I would like to have BEST or
GOOD quality as my default printing preference, but would like the children
that use this computer to have their printing default set to "draft". Is this
possible?
I would also appreciate any help you can give me on automatically pausing
documents that are sent to the printer. I would like to make it so that when
something is sent to the printer it is automatically paused. Allowing me to
indavidually resume each printing job as and when I am ready. (Eg. have the
correct colour paper loaded into the printer.). The only way that I am
getting round this problem at the moment is, by having the printer paused,
then pausing all the documents, then un-pausing the printer, then finally
resume indavidual documents that I've sent through. I have seen this AUTO
PAUSE trick performed at several organisations before, but can't seem to find
a way to apply it to my home one.
For all of the above questions, I am running XP home, and PRO (Would like a
cure for both o.s.'s)
Thank you for all your time in advance,
Dan
