How do I get Access to retain the print properties I want saved for a
certain set of queries? No matter how I save it, it seems to revert to
"regular" paper and "normal" orientation. The program I have set up has 52
queries, one for each week and I would like to print them all on legal size
paper with landscape orientation without having to manually change it every
time.

Make a report using the query as record source.
You can save the orientation layout for reports.

52 queries? One for each week? Sounds as though you need to rethink
your database design.

Thanks for the tip. As to rethinking my database design...I use the queries
to schedule a weekly maintenance program at the plant where I work. It is
the reason for the database and it works fine...other than the printing
problem outlined earlier...but thanks again.
