Sounds like your print driver is corrupt or you are using a wrong driver.
Are you selecting the correct printer? This means the same printer from the
print dialog when compared to the actual printer.
Do any other graphics programs print correctly? This is to determine if the
printer receive and correctly print.
Has PowerPoint ever printed correctly? If something has changed, then
knowing what and when will help figure out why.
Are you printing over a network? Is there a local print driver installed on
the machine?
