Printing Problems

We have a Brother HL 1850 printer that will not print
ONLY in Internet Explorer. She has IE 6.0 and there has
to be a setting that is not letting it communicate with
the printer. The print dialog box and the print preview
box does not even pop up, and the other ways to print do
not work either. We can print everything except for info
out of IE, so any advice or tips would be appreciated. I
already called Brother customer service and they said it
was an IE problem.
