Printing problems

Have HPDeskjet3820 printer have not been able to get it to print, New ink and removed from system and reinstalled per instructions still no results. Printer when turned on goes thru gyrations pushes one sheet of plain paper thru printer without printing then sets there???Sends all request then to Queue
