For some reason my printer which is a Canon BJC-2000 just quit working. It is connected to power and the computer. It was working fine but the last few times I have tried to use it nothing happens except I get a message about the document was unable to print. I have tried the troubleshooter and all it says to do and so far nothing has helped. Can anyone help me to solve this or should I get a new printer?

Have you tried the Cannon web site for trouble shooting?

I'd suggest changing the print head as this is often the cause in older
Canon models... however they can be expensive and you may find that in the
long run, replacing it with a newer model is more satisfactory.
