Printing problems

I have a laptop with Windows XP that I first used in
France and connected it via a USB link to a French
Printer.

Now I Have two problems.

1. Whenever I go into printing preferences it has
everthing in French and

2 when I try to print photos and choose the paper the
photos are blotchy as if ink is just poured onto the paper


Any useful advise from anyone

Do a total uninstall of the printer as per:

http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article One.htm

Download new drivers from the HP website at www.hp.com and try the
installation again.

I am having this same problem with a newly installed HP3320 printer.
The printing preferences are in french. My epson printing preferences
are all in english. I have reinstalled drivers and looked for a
language setting but to no avail. Any suggestions??

Ensure you have done a complete unisntall as per
