printing problems with word documents

hi i'm having problems with my printer-epson stylus c42ux. it won't let me print any documents yet it will let me print of the internet pages- any ideas??

I'm afraid without more information we ain't gonna be much help.


By your own admission, the printer works as it print web pages.

While I love the "R" series of printers from Epson, I personally think that the "C" series should be given away FREE with any HP ink cartridge.

A few things that may help us ... What is your operating system? What programs are NOT printing ? Have you un-installed & re-installed the "drivers" to try correct the problem ? Indeed, are there NEW divers available ?
