Printing problems with excel

In excel 2000, when I print preview and change the paper
orientation to landscape, the viewer still shows portrait
and refuses to change to landscape. It sometimes prints in
landscape although its showing portrait, or just doesnt
print landscape at all.

I attempted to re-install office but still had the same
problem.

Has anyone come across this problem? If so how does one
rectify it?

First thing to check is that your printer driver is correct and up-to-date.
