I am using powerpoint 2002 and have some fonts and clip art pictures that are in color when I look at them on the screen. When I print the document to our color printer most of the color does not show up. I have some slide designs with color and most of them print, not all. Some of the colors for my text are similar to those in the slide designs.

Any suggestions?

There are a few things that can cause this, so let's run the list ...

Are you sending the presentation to a color printer?
If not, duh!

Are the ink jets / toner cartridges empty?
If so, replace with full ones.

Is the printer opting for grey scale instead of color?
If so, choose the printer option/property that allows for full color.

Is PowerPoint sending the presentation in grey scale or Pure black and
white?
If so, change the 'print' options dialog box checkboxes/pulldowns menus
to reflect full color print option.

Let us know if none of these solve the issue.
