There are a few things that can cause this, so let's run the list ...
Are you sending the presentation to a color printer?
If not, duh!
Are the ink jets / toner cartridges empty?
If so, replace with full ones.
Is the printer opting for grey scale instead of color?
If so, choose the printer option/property that allows for full color.
Is PowerPoint sending the presentation in grey scale or Pure black and
white?
If so, change the 'print' options dialog box checkboxes/pulldowns menus
to reflect full color print option.
Let us know if none of these solve the issue.

I am using powerpoint 2002 and have some fonts and clip art pictures that
are in color when I look at them on the screen. When I print the document
to our color printer most of the color does not show up. I have some slide
designs with color and most of them print, not all. Some of the colors for
my text are similar to those in the slide designs.
