a user that uses a thin client and has the printer directly attached
cannot print. No setting or changes were made on the server side
(Terminal server2000). You can see the printer in his printer folders
and it is setup for port lpt1. The printer is online and you can see
the jobs stuck in the queue. Any suggestions?

If the printer is being auto-created in the user's session then it's not a driver problem, unless you tricked the thin-client by telling it you were attaching a supported printer, when indeed you attached something else

1. Make sure you specified the correct type of printer on the local thin-client OS, as this is the driver the server will loa

2. If the correct driver is loaded for the local printer when it's auto-created in the user's session, make sure the printer works when connected to another computer

3. Delete the print job & restart the print spooler
