Printing problem

When I try to print a web page the following error keeps
showing up;

Line: 228
Char: 1
Error: Incompatible version of the RPC stub
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\WINDOW\SYSTEM\SHOOCLC>DLL/preview.dlg

It also asks if I want to keep running the scripts.
Either answer I enter seems to do nothing.
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this problem it will
be greatly appreciated.
