Printing problem

i am using hp tree in one printer.
whenever i tried to print from it,

I get “printer spool not working†when I print

1) Remove the HP tree from your printer, it could be the source of the
problem.

2) Check your Print Spooler service is up and running - Start > Run >
services.msc, check its "Status" is "Started". If not, ensure it's set to
Automatic and then start it. Reboot if necessary.

Has printing to this printer worked before but has stopped now, or is it a
new printer? Have you installed the latest drivers for your exact model of
printer?

Please quote *exact* text of any error messages you get in future.
