Our company recently overhauled our computer system. We
have about a dozen Windows XP computers connected to a
Windows 2000 server. When printing from MS Word, we are
often getting the following error page:

PCL XL error

Subsystem: USERSTREAM

Error: MissingData

Operator: ReadFontHeader

Position: 56

This error page is followed by pages and pages of symbols
which is wasting our paper and our time. Our technical
person told me that he downloaded a new driver from
Microsoft, but the problem continues.

Can anyone help???

PCL stands for 'Printer Control Language', which is Hewlett Packard
software. May I suggest that you contact HP technical support with your
issue.
