Kirsty

When I print a message the text on the right of the
message does not print out.

I have tried changing the print styles with no luck.

Any suggestions?

Kirsty.

I am having the exact same problem. Please advise.

Kirsty, please forward me any responses you receive.

Thanks,
Robin

After going through all the links trying to find out why
that Line 1344
Script Error kept me from printing either in Outlook or
Outlook Express, I
finally called Microsoft. They scheduled a second level
call to me and
after a few things to try, the solution was that a
critical registry key was
missing. There is no explanation why it was missing, but
I was able to
recover it from another machine and I am back in
business. Absolutely
amazing after many months of torture!

Here it is, but I'd find the key from a reliable machine
and get a quality
copy of the file to keep from destroying your system...
This is from a W2K
Pro OS.

Robin

I am new to this website and seem to have had lots of e-
mails sent to me. Unfortunately they all seem to
have 'undeliverable' messages. Any ideas?

Kirsty.

I'm guessing that all your "undeliverable" emails are not
a result of your posting to this website. They are
probably a result of the Novarg worm outbreak that began
yesterday at around noon EST. Do not open any email
attachments from people you don't know unless you can be
certain that the attachment is benign.

If you've gotten any responses about the printing problem
you're having, please post them here.

All my users that are experiencing this "clipping" of
printed HTML emails are running Win XP. Any insight into
what Registry entry to look for here? There is no
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface in XP.
