Hi,

We often install Access application to our client, some of them have a
problem when print our application to their printer, ie the size of the
paper changing even I have set the paper size during design, and have tested
in my printer before delivering to client. This happened especially when
they print our application in their printer in their Win XP computer. I
can't set the paper size (user define) the individual printer in Win XP
environment. In Win 9x, no problem appears. The printer is same with mine,
ie Epson LX800.
Please give any comment.
TIA

What version of Access are they using?
If they are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in
the Microsoft Knowledgebase article:
Q245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service
Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'
And specifically:
Q240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

Turn off the Name AutoCorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a.

Thanks a lot, Fred
