Printing problem

We are dropping the first character of each line. Someone
told me about Microsoft bulletin, article 328893, but I
can't seem to find it... We're running Win2k SP3

I think they meant 328894, see below, which talks about the first character of each line being dropped when using the
Generic printer driver.
