Printing Problem

I am getting this protection fault. (exception code
0xc0000005) whenever i am trying to go to the properties
option of my minolta color CF3102 Printer propety page.
any body help will be highly appreciated and if get the
details i will be realy greatful to him/her. Please help
me in this matter why i am getting this error.
Note: the error is comfing from Explorer.exe file and i
cannot modify the option of my printer,

this issue is usually caused by the driver releasing memory that is has
previous released or using memory not properly allocated.

These things are usually caused by a problem with the printer driver itself.
Make sure you are using the printer driver version for Windows 2000; check
the vendor's web site for an updated driver for Windows 2000.
