Hi John,

In Windows 2000 server, can we check the folder
c:\winnt\system32\spool\printers. This folder should
be completely empty. If there are files in the printers folder, delete
them. If there are files located here
we may be dealing with a bad print driver.

Next in hklm\system\currentcontrolset\control\print\environments\windows NT
X86\print processors\
is there any noted Lexmark print processors. If yes, identify what
printers are using these processors. Change the processor used for these
printers to "winprint" the delete the Lexmark processor keys.

We should do this step on both the client and the server.

Thanks
