printing preferences with outlook express 6 - works 8

Hi I'm trying to print from outlook but it keeps printing multiple pages
instead of printing the email on one page like it should. In the print
screen, then option it says print frames individually which i don't want it
to do, but its greyed out and won't let me change it. i've looked everywhere
for preference changes, including in my printer settings, but can't see
anything. I've looked on the microsoft site too and can't see anything
either. Any help would be gratefully received!
