Printing powerpoint

Hi all

Can anyone help !! I have set up my slide oversize A4
(31cm by 25.6cm)so I can print it for a presentation
folder onto A3 paper.... It prints the wrong size, I have
tried to PDF the slide and it cuts it off - has anyone
else come across this problem and found a fix.

When you print it, did you try checking the "scale to fit
paper" box?

Also, did you change your printer properties to the A3
paper size?

"wrong size" covers a lot of ground (or paper).

What size does it print at?

Try this:

Choose File, Print from the main menu.
In the print dialog box, select the printer you intend to use.
Click Properties and select the paper size you want to print to.
Back in the PowerPoint print dialog box, put a check next to "Scale to fit
paper"

Choose other options as needed and click OK.

With luck, your slide should fill the A3 page size, or as close to it as
proportions and printer margins allow.
