Printing PDF to a Samba 3.0 printer

Is there some changes to smb.conf needed when using Vi$ta to print a PDF
to a samba 3.x printer?

There are some security settings somewhere at the network layer for
authentication but I can't find the info for samba.

This was a registry setting in redirector or server.
