IE help site says "To print a frame or item on a web
page, right-click the frame or item, and then click
print." If I've scrolled down a long document to find
the data or text I want to print, and then right-click
and click print, the entire document begins to print out.
If I go the "file" and "print preview" route, I have to
assist the computer to create page numbers for the
document by clicking "next page" until the "page" that
has the data that I want is finally reached, even if it's
47 "pages" into the document. My "cut" and "paste"
functions won't respond, either. Am I being punished?

Are you saying you cannot highlight parts of the page, then choosing copy? To what
application are you pasting?

Robert,

If I'm understanding you correctly you want to print the part of a long
document on a web page. If my assumption is correct, try this

put the mouse pointer at the beginning of what you want to print. Then hold
down the left button and schroll down to the last of what you want to print.
Release the left button. Put the mouse pointer on a highlight part of what
you selected and click tight mouse button. Go down to 'print'. Click left
button and wait for printer menu to come up. Then fine a button with
'selection' to the right. Click on that button. That tell it to print what
you've selected instead of the entire document.. Last, click print.

Hope this is what yuo were looking for.
