Hi, can you help me?
My printer is a Compuprint 324FB.
The manual says it can print both a4 and a3
paper format.
I need to print some forms on A3.
The printer writes the form until it
reaches the a4 lenght, then ejects
the paper...
On the printer led panel I've put the form
lenght to the maximum, 106 linees, decreased
the top and bottom margins to the minimum,
but nothing...
In the printer driver properties I've
tried changing the paper format (I can
choose between a4, fanfold, a5, NOT a3)
without any success.
Is the problem due to the printer driver?
In this case, do you know a suitable compatible
printer driver I can use instead of the original
Compuprint?
Thank you very much.
Goodbye.

This is a dotmatrix printer. Setting "paper length" on the printer
itself just tells it how much to advance when it receives a formfeed,
or maybe a number of lines of text. The driver is what sends that
formfeed, and so that's what you need to set.

According to its specs, it emulates IBM 2390 and Epson LQ870 (Esc/P2).
So try these, or any Epson 24 pin driver.
