Printing on 5x8 Index Card Stock on HP4700dn

I need help on printing on 5x8 inch Index Card stock on our networked
HP 4700dn printer.
Before we moved the location we could choose custom sizes from
advanced settings. Or IT preople reloaded the drivers and now we
cannot choose a custom size. I cannot seem to get the IT folks to
understand. Any suggestions?

Problem may be that there are two or more available drivers,
the one you select from what the operating system offers
(such as the MS drivers) and the mfrs. (in this case HP's)
drivers. One, probably the mfrs. will offer the custom size
capability.
This can apply to any operating system and any printer.
I've met it with Epson printers, the Microsoft driver is not the
same as the one on the printers install CD, which is again
different from the latest version that you download from
Epson.
Getting IT support to understand this may be a bigger problem
than identifying the correct drive, the one that worked.
